Our Leadership
JOE KELLY is the founder and general manager of BUILDEX Consultants. Joe has 20 years of experience in the roofing & waterproofing industry; from high rises to single family homes, he has extensive knowledge of overall building envelope construction & administrative processes. In the course of his career, he has worked nationwide for clients with all types of properties, including residential, commercial, government, educational, religious, industrial, manufacturing, and sports arenas.
Joe Kelly holds undergraduate degrees in History & Business from Washington University in St. Louis. He is a Registered Roof Observer (IIBEC), Certified Level 1 Infrared Thermographer, active member of ASTM, the NRCA, husband, and proud father of 3.
